1. Introduction Welcome to Let's Discover Tenerife. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of our services. By booking any excursion with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this Agreement. Please read the following terms carefully before booking your excursion. 2. Booking and Reservations Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. Once a reservation is confirmed, it is considered a contract between Let's Discover Tenerife and the customer. Bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to guarantee your excursion. Any special requests or customization for excursions should be made at the time of booking. 4. Prices and Payments Prices for excursions are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will be honored. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, and permits, unless otherwise stated. 5. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations received: More than 2 days before the excursion: total refund. Less than 2 days before the excursion: No refund. Cancellation by Let's Discover Tenerife: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an excursion due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, force majeure), we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule your excursion at no additional cost. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. 6. Weather and Force Majeure Excursions may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other event beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund. If weather conditions deteriorate during the excursion, the guide reserves the right to modify or shorten the tour for the safety of participants. 7. Health and Safety The customer is responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of participating in the excursion. Please inform us of any medical conditions or mobility issues at the time of booking. Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of the excursion without a refund. In case of emergency, you should follow all instructions provided by our staff and emergency services. 8. Liability Let's Discover Tenerife will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the excursion, except where such loss or damage is caused by our negligence. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you participate in all activities at your own risk. Customers must maintain the highest level of respect for the environment, wildlife, and local culture. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who behaves inappropriately. 9. Personal Data We respect your privacy. Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law. Photos and Media Let's Discover Tenerife may take photographs or videos during excursions for promotional purposes. By booking with us, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the guide before the excursion begins. 11. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. In case of any dispute, you agree to first seek resolution through amicable negotiations. If resolution is not possible, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tenerife, Spain. 13.
